An excellent advocate who works hard for his clients, I highly recommend Steve to people looking for someone on their side with their same priorities (especially Veterans). I dealt with many other realtors before him, to whom I seemed to be just another person they were juggling at their convenience. It was different with Steve, who was very active in finding me places for consideration on almost a daily basis. It seems like a no brainer but this work ethic is what you want to be helping you, not just being a number. He helped me refine the main factors of what I was actually looking for and kept me abreast of new announcements and postings in the area. He also provided me the actual database reporting regarding the houses (with extremely detailed information not found on many generic listing sites) that let me know the actual usable space before I ever walked in the door.
